- Sign up for a Parish Mailbox Account for only $75/year.
Parishes with less than 500 families pay $40/year.
Parishes with more than 4000 families pay $100/year.
- You'll receive an account name that matches your church name. For example, St. Mary's Church could be given the account name of "stmary.parishmail.net".
- You can assign web-based mailboxes to as many staff members as need an email account. Unlimited! You can even add mailboxes for key volunteers. For example, the pastor's address could be "pastor@stmary.parishmail.net" or "frjoe@stmary.parishmail.net".
- We do the work for you! It couldn't be simpler. Just tell us what addresses to add or delete, and we'll service your account at no extra charge. (To service it yourself, you'll need to buy a web hosting account.)
- Mailbox owners log in to their parish mailbox on the web (hosted on our server) or download it into their computer's Outlook or other email software. Our web-based mailbox is full-featured and includes anti-spam controls.
- Training is available via phone and/or our Live Help instant messaging program on the Internet: $100 gives your staff personal tutoring for one full year. We will include how-to instructions that can be viewed on our website and downloaded for printing.
